This self-catered villa is located in the most exclusive northeastern part of the island. Here you will find beautiful hidden beaches and bays, wonderful restaurants and a friendly atmosphere. Villa Kalithea is located at an altitude of 170 meters, hence the unique view. To get there it takes only a five-minute drive from the coastal road at Nisaki.

The villa
A beautiful 3-bedroom villa with private pool on the hillside above Nissaki
It boasts spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful East coastline towards Ipsos beach, Corfu Town and beyond. Nestled in the hillside above Nissaki, just outside a traditional settlement that is well known for its beautiful stone built villas and houses, this lovely 3-bedroom villa is perfectly located to take advantage of the panoramic views that the area offers, as well as being conveniently close to all amenities and the sea that are just a 5 minute drive away.
Upper level
Light, bright and airy
Recently renovated by the new owners, the villa offers 200m² of living space spread over two levels. The main entrance is on the first floor where there is the large living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchen. Light, bright and airy, this whole level features high beamed ceilings and large windows.
There are doors from both the dining area and kitchen out to the covered balcony that offers the most stunning views that will leave you speechless.
Lower level
Three large bedrooms, two new bathrooms
An internal wooden staircase leads down to the lower level with 3 large bedrooms and two recently renovated bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double and a single bed, the third has two single beds.
There is a private off road covered parking area for two cars.

The 200m² villa is fully furnished and accommodates up to 8 people. It features 3 bedrooms (2 with a double and a single bed, 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, grill, etc.), A/C in all rooms, WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine and BBQ facilities on the poolside terrace.

The villa is set within a fully landscaped plot of 555m² with a variety of trees (including olives, cypresses, oleanders and bougainvillea), flowers and a lovely private pool of 45m² with paved surround.
Add this to the really spacious covered balcony, the whole exterior area is just the most wonderful space for relaxing as well as alfresco dining.

Above Nisaki, in the north-east of the island
In the vicinity there are many beaches with crystal green blue water and a picturesque bay. Traditional restaurants are located by the sea, where you have the opportunity to taste delicious Greek specialties.
Please note: to get to the villa it just takes a five-minute drive from the coastal road at Nissaki. Plan on a fairly steep climb with several hairpin bends. For this, a (rental) car is essential.

“This villa is such a special place, beautifully presented, amazing location (you do need a car) very peaceful with the best views we have ever had the pleasure of seeing from a rental, attentive owners responding super fast to questions. You will not be disappointed and we shall be back.”
“If you’re going to Corfu, it would be a mistake to not book this Villa. The place has everything and the value for money is on top, all those little things that one doesn’t always think about (such as how good is the WiFi, do I need different towels for the beach bed, the pool, the washroom, etc) have been thought by the host and the cleanliness is extreme. You do need a car to reach to the house, but that is every place in Corfu so most probably this was going to happen anyway. The house is incredibly close to great restaurants and the beach, and the town is also quite close (~15 min).”

“Als je op zoek bent naar een heerlijk verblijf op Corfu, dan ben je bij Villa Kalithea aan het juiste adres. Door de voorzieningen hoef je de villa eigenlijk niet uit. Het zwembad is heerlijk, de keuken is ruim & van alle gemakken voorzien, vanaf het balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht en de badkamers zijn gloednieuw. Bovendien troffen we alles brandschoon aan toen we bij de villa aankwamen. Restaurants zijn er in overvloed, net zoals heerlijke strandjes. Een absolute aanrader!”
“Die Buchung und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Beim mieten der Villa wird eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung und Anleitung übergeben. Hier werden alle bis dahin noch offenen Fragen beantwortet. Die Villa ist wunderschön und genau, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Einige etwas steile km weiter befinden sich kleine Läden sowie ein Lidl. Es lässt sich auf jeden fall sehr gut leben in der Villa Kalithea.👍 Poolreinigung und Reinigung der ganzen Villa sind ab einer Woche inbegriffen. Wir waren sehr begeistert.”

“Wij zijn 2 weken in Villa Kalithea geweest, eerst met 5 golf maten en daarna nog met mijn vrouw. Villa Kalithea was in beiden situaties ons thuis komen en dat was heerlijk. Of het nu ochtend is met ontbijt of avond met een borrel bij het zwembad of op het overdekte grote balkon, altijd was het een prachtig uitzicht over de zee uitkijkend naar Corfu stad waar het overigens heerlijk is om terrasjes te pakken of te winkelen. Prachtige oude stad. Overal heb je restaurantjes waar je heerlijk vis kan eten. Het huis is overigens voorzien van alle gemakken , oven , wasmachine, afwasmachine, vriezer enz. Echt een huis om zonder zorgen te verblijven. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Corfu zal ik zeker proberen om dit huis weer te huren.”
“From Wed 12th until Monday October 17th we were with some golf buddies @villakalithea and the beautiful island of Corfu. We played golf for three days, rent a boat @Nasaki beach on Sunday. For the rest we stayed at the beautiful and well-equipped villa to enjoy the beautiful views and sunset from the terrace, all this while enjoying some nice Metaxa shots and a delicious cigar. Very nice to do for a few days in the late season.”
“Normally I don’t write reviews, this time I feel I have to do it. The whole day long stunning views, from sun rise, sunny days, gorgeous sun sets to sparkling evenings. Later in the season, the pool gave as an energy boost in the morning, a bit cold but breakfast, on the terrace, from the new and well equipped kitchen gave us a big smile to start the day. The drive up is fun if you like unexpected views and corners. Clearly the owners invested to upgrade the house. Rooms are large and well equipped. Ok, one more compliment; Beeing just early we bumped into the team of cleaners (3) who worned us for slippery floors and helped with our luggage. Overall great place, friendly people and we will definitely come back. We love Vila Kalithea!”
“We zijn net terug van ons verblijf op Corfu in Villa Kalithea. Het is een bijzonder mooie en complete villa. Het is erg ruim en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht, ook vanaf de zijkant van het huis waar een groot raam is. Zowel op de dag als in de avond is het sprookjesachtig ! Het zwembad is ruim met de mogelijkheid om lekker op het trapje te zitten maar ook diep genoeg om er lekker in te springen. De ligbedden en parasols en de tafel met stoelen maken het compleet. Je kunt je daar uren vermaken. De airco’s werken goed. Er zijn overal horren zodat we de muggen, wespen en sprinkhanen buiten konden houden. Het heeft 2 hele moderne badkamers waar alles aanwezig is, de douche is heerlijk! De slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben ook een goede airco. De weg naar boven is een uitdaging maar was met onze gehuurde Opel Corsa goed te doen, ook met scooters kun je naar boven. Nisaki ligt mooi centraal zodat zowel Corfu stad als Sidari goed bereikbaar zijn. Het contact met de eigenaren gaat vlot en ze zijn zeer bereid om te helpen, zo hebben ze voor ons een fijne plek geregeld om scooters te huren. Kortom een echt aanrader!”
“Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Kalithea. De villa is ruim, schoon en goed onderhouden. De badkamers en de keuken zijn luxe en gloednieuw. Aan faciliteiten geen gebrek dus. En misschien nog wel het belangrijkst: ontbijten met het prachtige uitzicht is iedere ochtend een feestje. Aan het zwembad is het bovendien heerlijk vertoeven, maar ook de stranden in de omgeving zijn erg mooi. In de buurt zijn voldoende (lekkere) eetgelegenheden. Kortom, Villa Kalithea bevat alle ingrediënten voor een heerlijke vakantie. Echt een aanrader!”
“Eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Meer von allen Seiten. Die Bilder auf der Webseite sind schon fantastisch, in der Realität ist es fast noch schöner. Wir kochen sehr gerne, daher hat uns besonders die perfekt ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Es gibt fast nichts, was nicht vorhanden war. Absolut first class. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war immer schnell und zeitnah. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Besonders positiv war auch, dass es eine Heizung im Haus gibt, die sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren im April da und die Nächte waren noch ein bisschen kalt. Oft hat man dann bei Häusern im Süden keine Heizmöglichkeit. Aber auch das war hier 1A. Sogar Strandtücher gab es ausreichend. Da spart man noch zusätzlich Platz im Gepäck. Zusammenfassend kann man nur sagen, einfach fantastisch und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.”
